我院1995年8月～1998年9月经胃镜检查出疣状胃炎46例,用法莫替丁,阿莫西林,灭滴灵三联治疗取得较为满意的效果。现报告如下。 1 临床资料 本级46例中男39例,女7例,年龄20～76岁,平均40.3岁,其中幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性40例(85.2％),临床症状有不同程度的上腹部不适,反酸,烧心,嗳气,无规律的上腹痛等。胃窦25例,胃体8例,胃底3例。个数1～10个不等;直径<0.5cm36例,0.5～1.00cm10例;高度<1.0cm37例,1.0～2.0cm9例。 2 治疗方法
46 cases of verrucous gastritis were detected by gastroscopy in our hospital from August 1995 to September 1998, and satisfactory results were obtained with triple therapy of famotidine, amoxicillin and metronidazole. The report is as follows. 1 The clinical data of this class of 46 patients, 39 males and 7 females, aged 20 to 76 years, mean 40.3 years, of which 40 cases (85.2%) were positive for Helicobacter pylori (HP), clinical symptoms have varying degrees of upper abdominal discomfort , Acid reflux, heartburn, belching, irregular upper abdominal pain and so on. 25 cases of gastric antrum, gastric body in 8 cases, 3 cases of gastric fundus.
