当前中央银行转换职能后,加强了金融监管、调查研究工作的组织体系,我认为,县级央行应从以下几个方面来提高调查研究工作水平。1、金融调查研究要有针对性。我们进行金融调研的目的,宣传金融政策、传播金融新经验、研究改进工作、推动业务开展、指导金融改革,把国家金融政策在执行过程中遇到的新情况、新问题及基层银行对这些问题的看法和解决途径及时反馈到上级领导面前,为领导正确决策提供依据。因此,金融调研工作必须做到“有的放矢”。具体到实际工作中,就是要抓住时机,应根据目前国家的经济、金融政策的
