县报上要不要登时事消息这个問題,虽然还有極少数人存有疑問,但事实上这个問題是已經解决了。从我們經常收到的各省的县报来看,大都有占一定篇幅的时事消息,而且不少县报在时事宣传上颇有独創性,他們除了登一些新华社专对县报播發的时事消息和时事讲話以外,还有一些自己的独創的报道形式,如“老张談时事”、“时事說唱”、“时事解說”、“周游世界”等等。我們說,这些时事宣传形式的创造和讀者对它們的喜爱,絕不是偶然的,这証明了,認为县报只要报道生产情况、生产經驗和工作方法,而不要时事宣传的办报思想,是片面的,是沒有完全从讀者需要出發的。如黑龙江省海倫县报在初創的时候,几乎完全沒有时事消息,讀者对此很不满意,紛紛写信給編輯部,要求登一些国內外时事消息。讀者的反映是:“订份海倫报,国內外大事看不到,要想
