目的:研究“华金6号”新品种金银花挥发油化学成分,为其药材品质评价提供参考。方法:采用超声辅助石油醚提取,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析鉴定化学成分组成,以峰面积归一化法计算各化学成分相对百分含量。结果:“华金6号”金银花新品种挥发油的化学组成多为烷烃、烯烃、酮、酸、酯、醛等,共检出55个色谱峰,鉴定出34个化合物,占挥发油总量的74.91%,主要成分有2-十七烷酮(19.15%)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(10.54%)、2-十九烷酮(8.70%)、2,4-双(1,1-二甲乙基)-苯酚(5.55%)、6,10,14三甲基-2-十五烷酮(3.89%)、二十二碳六烯酸(2.94%)、亚油酸甲酯(2.93%)等。结论:“华金6号”金银花新品种挥发油成分与一般金银花相似,但也存在差异,本研究为“金号6号”金银花的推广种植提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the essential oil of honeysuckle “Huakin No.6” and provide a reference for the quality evaluation of its medicinal materials. Methods: Ultrasound-assisted petroleum ether extraction was used. The chemical constituents were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis and the relative percentages of each chemical component were calculated by peak area normalization. Results: The chemical composition of the essential oil of Huajin No.6 new honeysuckle variety were mostly alkanes, alkenes, ketones, acids, esters and aldehydes. A total of 55 peaks were detected and 34 compounds were identified, accounting for the total amount of volatile oil The main components are 2-heptadecanone (19.15%), dibutyl phthalate (10.54%), 2-nonadecanone (8.70%), 2,4-bis (5.55%), 6,10,14 trimethyl-2-pentadecanone (3.89%), docosahexaenoic acid (2.94%), methyl linoleate 2.93%) and so on. Conclusion: The volatile oil composition of the new honeysuckle variety “Huajin No. 6” is similar to that of the common honeysuckle, but there are also differences. The study provides a reference for the popularization and cultivation of the honeysuckle “Jin No. 6”.
