Sawtek announced that it has achieved the pre-production of its new miniature (5mm × 5mm) unitary RF duplexer. This duplexer, with its excellent electrical and power characteristics, is mainly used in CDMA, TDMA and AMPS systems and meets the requirements of these systems in the industry’s smallest package size. A duplexer consists of a filter that transmits and receives signals, enabling the phone to transmit and receive simultaneously. S
