目的探讨老年肺炎患者临床护理措施及预防措施。方法选取2015年10月-2016年10月收治的老年肺炎患者48例的临床护理及预防措施进行分析。结果 48例老年肺炎患者中痊愈32例,明显好转15例,因呼吸循环衰竭而死亡的1例,总有效率达到97.9%。结论老年人肺炎由于其特殊性,护理人员应重视,做到早期发现、早期诊断及预防老年人肺炎的发生,降低发病率及死亡率。有效合理的护理措施预防肺炎引起的并发症,降低患者的病死率。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures and preventive measures of senile pneumonia patients. Methods The clinical nursing and preventive measures of 48 elderly patients with pneumonia admitted from October 2015 to October 2016 were analyzed. Results In 48 elderly patients with pneumonia, 32 cases were cured, 15 cases were significantly improved, and 1 case died of respiratory failure. The total effective rate was 97.9%. Conclusion Due to its particularity in elderly pneumonia, nurses should pay attention to early detection, early diagnosis and prevention of pneumonia in the elderly and reduce morbidity and mortality. Effective and reasonable care to prevent complications caused by pneumonia and reduce the patient’s mortality.
