职业教育的人才培养目标,决定了它在课程建设理念、模式和技术方面都有别于普通教育。其办学理念核心是以“服务为宗旨,以就业为导向。”为落实这一理念,职业院校在课程建设方面就要有新思路。工作过程系统化课程建设是我国职业教育课程改革的热门话题之一,基于工作过程系统化的《护理伦理学》课程建设,有利于协调《护理伦理学》理论与实践工作的关系,有利于促进学生社会化。但是,传统的《护理伦理学》课程教学基本上停留在理论传授层面,实践教学主要局限于被动式的案例讨论、无声的临床观摩、程式化的模拟诊所和断裂式的临床实习等。《护理伦理学》工作过程系统化课程构建包括很多方面,其课程建设应遵循工学结合、能力为本的思路。
The goal of talent training in vocational education determines that it differs from general education in terms of the concept of curriculum construction, mode and technology. Systematic curriculum construction is one of the hot topics in vocational education curriculum reform in our country. Based on systematic construction of ”nursing ethics“ coursework, it is in favor of coordinating the relationship between theory and practice of ”nursing ethics“ Socialization of students. However, the teaching of traditional ”nursing ethics“ basically stays at the level of theory teaching. Practice teaching is mainly confined to passive case discussion, silent clinical observation, stylized simulated clinic and fracture clinical practice. The process of ”nursing ethics" systematic process of curriculum construction includes many aspects, the curriculum construction should follow the combination of work and study, ability-based ideas.
