目的探讨与门诊病人的沟通技巧。方法做好医护人员的培训,提高医护人员的整体素质,在医疗实践中,恰当运用沟通交流技巧,构建一种良好的护患关系。结论通过应用良好的沟通技巧才能建立起健康、平等、和谐的医患关系。
Objective To explore communication skills with outpatients. Methods To train medical staff and improve the overall quality of medical staff, proper use of communication and communication skills in medical practice to establish a good relationship between nurses and patients. Conclusions A healthy, equitable and harmonious doctor-patient relationship can be established by applying good communication skills.
