1案例资料简要案情死者李某,男,58岁,因宅基地纠纷与嫌疑人发生厮打,过程中李某被倒,其倒地后死亡。尸表检验左右眼睑结膜淤血,角膜轻度混浊,两瞳孔散大等圆,直径0.7cm。唇粘膜紫绀,右额部、右颧部分别有2.0cm×1.1cm、3.0cm×2.0cm表皮剥脱及皮下出血。其他未检见损伤及异常。解剖检验头皮下、两颞肌无出血,颅骨完整无骨折。硬膜外、硬模下、蛛网膜下腔未见出血。大脑组织无损伤,颅底无骨折,脑基底动脉和中动脉轻度硬化。其他未检见损伤及异常。两肺被膜下见大量

Anatomical examination of the scalp, two temporal muscles without bleeding, complete skull fracture. Epidural, hard mode, no bleeding subarachnoid.
