企业文化软实力,是一个企业在一定社会经济文化环境下,为谋求自身生存发展而在长期生产经营实践中形成的、基于该企业在国际社会的文化认同感而产生的亲和力、感召力、吸引力、凝聚力和竞争力。企业文化也将在文化领域逐步取代民族文化而取得文化主体地位,最终将引导经济社会发展和政治运作方式,成为全球化时代的主要竞争方式。因此,加强石油企业文化建设,提高石油企业文化软实力,也是企业发展中一项战略任务。
Soft power of enterprise culture is formed by an enterprise in long-term production and management practices in pursuit of its own survival and development in a certain social, economic and cultural environment. It is based on the affinity, charisma and attraction of the enterprise in the cultural identity of the international community Force, cohesion and competitiveness.
