随着国内大中型煤矿的发展,在中厚煤层开采过程中,由于各个煤矿的地质条件不同,特别是煤质硬度和工作面压力的关系,极易造成大块煤炭的脱落并形成1 m见方的不规则炭块,这样不仅造成输送机无法正常运输,并严重影响煤矿的正常生产和效益,通过对井下现场的实际考察,设计出了适合井下工作面的大块炭破碎装置。该装置采用液压系统定位,锤头油压冲击破碎的方法将特大块炭破碎成中型炭块,以便于输送机的正常运输。通过井下试验证明,该装置使用效果良好。
