税收是国家财政收入的主要来源,也是国家实行宏观调控的重要经济杠杆,税收征管是一项执行性管理,是财政收入政策实施的主要支撑,是实现国家财政收入政策的基本手段和主要方法,对社会和经济发展发挥着十分重要的作用。街道财政是我国财政体系中最基层的一级财政,是街道办事处当家理财的办事机构,代表政府行使财政收支、预算监督、财务管理等职能。本文试结合泉口街道财政工作实际,谈谈街道财政在税收征管工作中的作用。
Taxation is the main source of state revenue and an important economic lever for the state to implement macroeconomic regulation and control. Tax collection and administration is an executive management and is the main support for the implementation of fiscal revenue policies. It is the basic means and main methods for realizing the state revenue revenue policies. It plays a very important role in social and economic development. Street finance is the first level of finance in the financial system of our country. It is the office responsible for financial management in sub-district offices and performs the functions of financial revenue and expenditure, budget supervision and financial management on behalf of the government. This article tries to combine with the actual work of Quankou street finance to talk about the role of street finance in tax collection and administration.
