Since Dobereiner (1976) reported that Spirillum lipoferum has a combined nitrogen fixation with corn root system, it has attracted a great deal of attention both from home and abroad. Its discovery has proposed a new way for nitrogen fixation of non-leguminous crops. Heilongjiang Province is a major spring wheat area in the country. It is of great significance to study and discuss the combined effect of spring wheat in the soil-climatic conditions in Heilongjiang Province. 1979
