用反相高效液相色谱法测定藏药生等心材中墨沙酮的含量。浸泡和超声提取相结合，ＯＤＳ柱，甲醇水（２８∶７２），内含００５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钾（ｐＨ４）为流动相，ＵＶ２９０ｎｍ检测。回收率为９８９％。墨沙酮含量为１０２％。
Determination of Methadone in Heartwood of Tibetan Medicine by Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography. ODS column, methanol-water (28:72), containing 0 05mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (pH4) as the mobile phase, UV290nm detection. The recovery rate was 98.9%. Methadone content of 1 02%.
