我国的鉴定结论制度存在不少缺陷,需要通过改革来加以完善。本文从鉴定结论制度功能上的缺失进行切入,论证了引入专家证言制度的必要性,并提出改革我国的法定证据形式,构建我国特色的缔合的专家证据制度。
There are many shortcomings in the appraisal conclusion system of our country, which needs to be improved through the reform. This paper attempts to find out the necessity of introducing expert testimony system from the lack of function of the conclusion conclusion system, and proposes the reform of the legal form of evidence in our country and the construction of an associative expert evidence system with Chinese characteristics.
