青年教师是教育事业的未来和希望,他们有朝气、有理想、善学习、能创新,是教育改革的一支生力军。因此,努力建设适应21世纪素质教育的优秀青年教师队伍,是学校工作的重中之重,更是学校党支部工作中的一项重要“抓手”。多年来,我校党支部认真抓好青年教师的思想政治工作,以“一个党员一面旗”的先锋模范作用,引导他们团结在党旗下,为党的教育事业作贡献。
Young teachers are the future and hope of education. They are energetic, idealistic, good-learning and innovative. They are a new force in education reform. Therefore, efforts to build an excellent team of young teachers who are qualified for quality education in the 21st century are the most important tasks in schools and an important “starting point” in the work of party branches in schools. Over the years, the party branch of our university has done a good job in ideological and political work of young teachers and has taken the vanguard and exemplary role of “one party member as a flag”, guiding them to unite under the party’s banner and make contributions to the party’s education.
