本刊讯经国务院批准,财政部经由我国常驻世贸组织(WTO)代表团于2014年12月22日向WTO提交了中国加入《政府采购协定》(GPA)第6份出价。本次出价首次列入大学、医院和国有企业,工程项目全部列入出价,门槛价也降至参加方水平。同时,扩大了中央政府实体覆盖范围,增加了5个省(出价省份达到19个),还增列了服务项目,调整了例外情形。这份出价范围已与参加方一般出价水平大体相当。
By the approval of the State Council, the MOF submitted its sixth bid of China’s accession to the GPA on December 22, 2014 through the delegation of China’s WTO (WTO). The bid for the first time included in universities, hospitals and state-owned enterprises, all included in the project bidding, the threshold has also dropped to the participants level. At the same time, the coverage of the central government entities has been expanded with the addition of 5 provinces (19 in the bidding provinces), the addition of service items and the adjustment of exceptions. This bid range has been roughly equal to the general bid level of the participants.
