《宪法》第二章专章规定了公民的基本权利,宪法其它章也有公民的基本权利的规定,包括:公民私有财产不受侵犯权,公民私有财产被征收或者征用获得补偿权等方面权利。这些权利学习研究时常容易被忽视,对宪法其它章关于公民基本权利的规定应重视学习研究,它们是公民基本权利的有机重要组成部分。
The second chapter of the Constitution stipulates the basic rights of citizens. Other chapters of the Constitution also stipulate the basic rights of citizens, including the right of non-violation of private property owned by citizens, the expropriation of private property owned by citizens, or the right of compensation for expropriation. Often these studies of rights are easily overlooked, and other chapters of the constitution on the basic rights of citizens should emphasize learning and research, and they are an important and integral part of citizens’ fundamental rights.
