提出了通过模糊串级控制实现氩气最佳流量设定的新方法,并通过电极位置变化采用归一FUZZY量化方法,实现对主控制对象的前馈补尝.通过试验证明该方法在整精炼期都能保证氩气流量的优化控制,为生产高质量的钢材提供了必要保证.
A new method of setting the optimum flux of argon by fuzzy cascade control is proposed. The normalized FUZZY quantization method is adopted to change the position of the electrode, which can feedforward the main control object. The experiment proves that this method can ensure the optimal control of the argon flow in the whole refining period and provides the necessary guarantee for the production of high quality steel.
