卵巢妊娠的发病率估计为妊娠的1/25,000,关于宫内节育器合并卵巢妊娠的发病率和发生的原因有很多争论。本文报道了第3例达尔康盾宫内节育器合并卵巢妊娠。病例:患者31岁,孕2产2。1976年8月29日入院,入院前一天突然发生上腹部疼痛,渐转至二骼窝,伴有恶心、腹泻和全身性的衰弱。末次月经1976年8月8日,以后就没有不正常的阴道流血。患者月经周期规则,过去史无特殊,已使用了达尔康盾宫内节育器2(1/2)年而没有任何并发症。体检:面容苍白、血压115/80毫米汞柱、脉搏
The incidence of ovarian pregnancy is estimated at 1 in 25,000 pregnancies, and there is much debate about the incidence of ovarian pregnancies associated with IUDs and their causes. This article reports the third case of dalconkun IUD with ovarian pregnancy. Case: Patient 31 years old, 2 pregnancies and 2 admitted on August 29, 1976. Sudden abscess occurred on the day before admission and gradually turned to the site of the digestive system with nausea, diarrhea and generalized weakness. The last menstrual August 8, 1976, after no abnormal vaginal bleeding. The patient’s menstrual cycle rules, no past history, has used dalkondou IUD 2 (1/2) years without any complications.
