利用药物本身或药物与其它试剂反应后在紫外光照射下出现的荧光反应,进行药物定性定量分析,目前已应用于实际工作中。我们使用这种方法,对片型和颜色相同、品种不同并已相混的烟酸片和泛酸钙片作快速鉴别,并以同批号未相混的二种片剂作对照,用紫外光分析仪观察,结果由于烟酸片呈暗紫红色而泛酸钙片呈亮浅蓝色荧光反应,便准确地将两种片剂分开。后来我们按照此法,使用上海科艺光学仪器厂出品的254nm 紫外光分析仪,观察了134种常用片剂,其中有明显荧光反应者37种,现列表如右(表1),供参考。
