1. Everyone must learn to negotiate People rarely feel that they are negotiators. They think that negotiation is only a matter between diplomats and people with employment relationships. It is not appropriate to see this concept now. In fact, each of us is negotiating almost anytime, anywhere. For example, the same subordinates negotiate their work situation; they negotiate with the superior to raise the salary and promotion; negotiate with the employees of other departments of the company; negotiate with others when they are trading cars, boats and houses, even after the price is finalized. Also negotiate on delivery time, transaction terms, after-sales service, transportation or bonuses. Negotiations are not needed in our lives. This is especially true at work - no matter what career or business you do. If your negotiation skills are excellent, not only can you participate in negotiations
