In recent days， the scandals of actors using drugs have been successively exposed and the severe situation of drug control was once again pushed onto the public agenda.
On August 29， 23-year-old Taiwanese actor Kai Ko appeared at the apology press conference. At that moment， he was no longer a sunny boy in the movie. He made a pitiful plea， “Using drugs is like an ugly scar that will stay with me for my whole life”. Before that， many drug scandals of new generation idols in western countries and Asia have been exposed.
The data shows that drug abuse has become a global issue， which poses serious threats on international politics， economy and culture. Compared to the complicated situations of drug control， the increase in youth using drugs is shocking. At the same time， the youth group is likely to become the “vulnerable group” slayed by drugs because of its physical and mental characters. The education of anti-drugs for this group is even more imperative in the long run.

8月29日，年仅23岁的中国台湾演员柯震东出现在道歉发布会上，此时的他已不再是电影里阳光的大男孩，他声泪俱下的痛述，“吸毒像丑陋的疤一样，在我身上一辈子”。此前，无论是欧美，还是亚洲的新生代偶像，都有被曝光吸毒的丑闻 。
数据显示，毒品已成全球性问题，其对国际政治、经济、文化构成严重威胁。而与复杂的禁毒形势相较，青少年染毒呈现逐年递增的趋势令人震惊。与此同时，该群体由于其身心特点极易成为被毒品戕害的“弱势群体”，对该群体的禁毒教育也更显迫切性和长期性。
