目的研究黎药荔花鼻窦炎处方的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱手段分离化合物,运用理化性质和波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构;考察化合物1对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的巨噬细胞RAW264.7释放NO的影响。结果从荔花鼻窦炎处方中分离得到2个化合物,分别鉴定为尖瓣海莲苷A-4-甲醚(1)、尖瓣海莲苷C(2)。化合物1在50μmol/L时对LPS诱导的RAW264.7细胞释放NO有轻微的抑制作用。结论化合物1为1个新的酚苷类化合物,化合物2为首次从荔花鼻窦炎处方中分离得到,尖瓣海莲苷A-4-甲醚具有一定的抗炎作用。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Lihua sinusitis prescription. Methods The compounds were separated by a variety of chromatographic methods. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic techniques. The effects of compound 1 on the release of NO from macrophages RAW264.7 induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) were investigated. Results Two compounds were isolated from the prescriptions of Lihua sinusitis and identified as Clenbuterol A-4-Methyl Ether (1) and Clenbuterol C (2) respectively. Compound 1 showed a slight inhibitory effect on NO released from LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells at 50 μmol / L. Conclusion Compound 1 is a new phenolic compound. Compound 2 was isolated from the prescription of Lihua sinusitis for the first time. Clenloin A-4-methyl ether has some anti-inflammatory effects.
