思想认识上的不清晰、运行机制上的不畅通、自身建设上的不完善和法制化建设上的不健全是当前影响我国政党制度理论创新的四大障碍,我国政党制度理论创新的路径在于:把握主权在民思想、完善民主监督理论、厘清政党及政党制度理论、廓清政党定位问题、完善执政党建设理论、完善参政党建设理论和借鉴西方政党理论的合理思想。
The unclear ideological understanding, the unblocking mechanism of operation, the imperfection in self-construction and the unsound legal construction are the four major obstacles that affect the theoretical innovation of our country’s party system at present. The theoretical innovation of our party system lies in: Grasping the ideology of sovereignty in the people, perfecting the theory of democratic supervision, clarifying the theory of political parties and political parties, clarifying the orientation of political parties, perfecting the theory of building the ruling party, perfecting the theory of participating parties and drawing lessons from the theories of western political parties.
