共产党员刘江华是湖北荆州先行运输集团公司先行出租汽车公司“无烟车队”队长。他曾在部队服役6年,多次荣获三等功。2009年进入出租车行业后,继续发扬部队优良传统,以一个共产党员的标准严格要求自己,他热心细致的服务、安全规范的驾驶技术深得乘客和驾驶员们的赞扬。2014年,他被先行出租汽车公司评选为优秀驾驶员,同时他驾驶的鄂DT9323出租汽车和他带领的“无烟车队”还被公司推荐参加了出租汽车行业“双创”活动文明示范车及文明车队的评选。
