对注塑模具结构进行了合理简化,建立了其受力分析模型.通过将注塑成型CAE分析获得的制品表面的压力场结果与模具型芯、型腔表面网格单元进行合理匹配,完成了模具型腔载荷的准确加载.在注塑模CAD/CAE(计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助工程)集成系统中实现了模具结构分析,避免了不同分析系统之间的模型转换.利用该方法对实验方盒模具的变形进行了分析,通过实验对比证明了该受力分析模型的合理性以及模拟方法的有效性.
The structure of the injection mold is reasonably simplified and its force analysis model is established.According to the results of the pressure field on the surface of the product obtained by injection molding CAE analysis and the matching of the mold core and the cavity surface grid unit, The accurate loading of cavity load is realized in the integrated system of injection mold CAD / CAE (Computer Aided Design / Computer Aided Engineering) to avoid the model conversion between different analytical systems.Using this method, The deformation is analyzed.
