为准确评价密断级配沥青混合料中粗集料的嵌挤特性,提出了粗集料骨架间隙率最小值的测定方法和密断级配混合料骨架嵌挤的新标准;据此,改进了粗集料空隙填充法,应用于密断级配沥青混合料的设计;并通过马歇尔试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验等检测了所设计混合料的路用性能。发现所设计的密断级配沥青混合料中粗集料间隙率比干捣实法测定的粗集料间隙率减少了3.7%;混合料的动稳定度达3 000次/mm以上;浸水马歇尔残留稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比和低温弯曲试验破坏应变分别为91.68%、85.85%和0.004 060;这些技术指标均满足《公路沥青路面施工规范》的要求。改进的粗集料空隙填充法可广泛应用于密断级配的沥青混合料的组成设计。
In order to accurately evaluate the intrusion behavior of coarse aggregates in dense grading asphalt mixtures, a new method for determining the minimum value of the coarse aggregate interspaces and the new standard of close-in graded compound mortar are put forward. Based on this, The coarse aggregate void filling method was applied to the design of dense graded asphalt mixture. The road performance of the designed mixture was tested by Marshall test, immersion Marshall test, freeze-thaw splitting test and low temperature bending test. It is found that the coarse aggregate clearance of the designed dense aggregate asphalt mixture is 3.7% less than that of the dry aggregate method. The dynamic stability of the mixture is more than 3000 times / mm. Residual stability, freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio and low temperature bending test failure strain were 91.68%, 85.85% and 0.004 060, respectively; all of these technical indexes met the requirements of “Code for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavement”. The improved coarse aggregate void filling method can be widely applied to the composition design of the dense mixture of asphalt mixture.
