“三个代表”重要思想是继承和坚持马克思主义的典范,也是发展马克思主义的典范,体现了与时俱进的创新精神。其突出表现就是在对中国特色社会主义的认识得到了深化。具体表现在:把发展作为我们党执政兴国的第一要务、坚持“三个文明”协调发展、正确处理改革、发展、稳定之间关系等方面的认识,从而丰富和发展了马克思主义理论。
The important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ is an example of inheriting and upholding Marxism as well as an example of developing Marxism, embodying the innovative spirit of keeping pace with the times. Its outstanding performance is that the understanding of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been deepened. In particular, it shows that Marxism should be enriched and developed through taking development as the most important task in governing and rejuvenating the country, upholding the coordinated development of the “three civilizations” and correctly handling the relations between reform, development and stability.
