用~(51)Cr释放试验检测K细胞活性,30例正常人特异释放率为51.68±9.55(X~-±SD)(范围42.78～63.83％),临床检测结果发现某些桥本氏甲状腺炎患者细胞活性与血清中自身抗体滴度呈反比关系。对国产~(51)Cr(Na~(51)CrO_4)标记剂量,认为靶细胞2×10~8/ml用~(51)Cr100μci较好;效应细胞与靶细胞比例2.5～3:1为好。
The K cell activity was detected by ~ (51) Cr release test. The specific release rate of 30 normal individuals was 51.68 ± 9.55 (range, 42.78 ~ 63.83%).
