8羟基脱氧鸟苷在2型糖尿病大鼠肾脏的表达及瑞舒伐他汀钙的影响

目的观察8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)在2型糖尿病模型大鼠肾脏的表达及瑞舒伐他汀钙(Rosuvastatin)对它的影响。方法将大鼠分为正常对照组(C)、糖尿病组(D)、瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗组(N),比较各组大鼠肾组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性,和8羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)含量,同时观察血糖、血胰岛素、肾功能和肾脏形态变化。结果与正常组比较,糖尿病组血液中MDA含量明显上升(P<0.05),SOD活性显著下降(P<0.05),8-OHdG增多(P<0.05),肾功能和肾脏形态受损,而瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗组的上述表达较糖尿病组明显改善。结论 8-OHdG在糖尿病肾病中的表达明显增加,而瑞舒伐他汀钙可以通过抑制氧化应激反应对2型糖尿病模型大鼠肾脏产生保护作用。 Objective To observe the expression of 8-OHdG (8-OHdG) in the kidney of type 2 diabetic rats and the effect of rosuvastatin on it. Methods The rats were divided into normal control group (C), diabetic group (D) and rosuvastatin calcium treatment group (N). The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and 8-OHdG (8-OHdG) were observed. Blood glucose, insulin, renal function and renal morphology were also observed. Results Compared with the normal group, the content of MDA in blood increased significantly (P <0.05), the activity of SOD decreased (P <0.05) and the number of 8-OHdG increased (P <0.05) The above expression of rosuvastatin calcium treatment group was significantly improved compared with the diabetic group. Conclusion The expression of 8-OHdG in diabetic nephropathy was significantly increased, while rosuvastatin calcium could protect the kidney of type 2 diabetic rats by inhibiting oxidative stress.
