目的分析乌鲁木齐市跨区域肺结核患者治疗管理情况,为完善跨区域肺结核患者管理工作提供依据。方法通过结核病管理信息系统统计2009-2011年乌鲁木齐市登记肺结核患者转出信息和转入患者管理情况,分析本地跨区域肺结核患者管理工作实施情况。结果 2009-2011年共转出登记肺结核患者64例,转入肺结核患者26例,收到到位情况反馈84例,反馈率为93.3%;到位76例,到位率为90.5%;到位肺结核患者代管55例,代管率为72.4%;代管患者成功治疗率为63.6%;丢失4例,占7.3%,无信息12例,占21.8%。结论各级结核病防治机构(简称结防机构)应加强流动患者管理,增强工作责任心,确保跨区域肺结核患者管理工作顺利开展。
Objective To analyze the treatment and management of trans-regional tuberculosis patients in Urumqi and provide evidence for the improvement of management of trans-regional tuberculosis patients. Methods The statistics of tuberculosis management information system in 2009-2011 in Urumqi, registration of tuberculosis outpatient information transfer and patient management, analysis of local trans-regional tuberculosis patients management implementation. Results From 2009 to 2011, a total of 64 cases of registered TB patients were transferred out to 26 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. 84 cases were received feedback, 93.3% of them were feedbacks, and 76 cases were in place with a rate of 90.5%. Tuberculosis patients in place 55 cases, the escrow rate was 72.4%; escrow patients successful treatment rate was 63.6%; lost 4 cases, accounting for 7.3%, 12 cases without information, accounting for 21.8%. Conclusion TB prevention and control agencies at all levels (hereinafter referred to as “prevention and treatment agencies”) should strengthen the management of mobile patients, enhance their sense of responsibility and ensure the smooth progress of management of trans-regional TB patients.
