文章提出了当前高校共青团工作组织体系存在组织体系设置较为单一、组织运行机制不够健全、管理机制方面存在官僚色彩浓厚等问题,并对这些问题产生的原因进行了分析。最后根据新形势下高校共青团工作面临的新情况、新挑战,结合高校共青团工作组织体系中出现的问题,从创新高校共青团组织体系设置、高校共青团运行机制、管理机制三个方面提出新形势下高校共青团工作组织体系创新的实现路径。
The article puts forward that there are many problems such as the organization system of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities is rather single, the organizational running mechanism is not perfect, and the bureaucracy is rich in management mechanism.
