儿童拔毛癖临床上较罕见,现将我院收治的1例报告如下。患者,女,9岁,小学三年级学生,乒乓球运动员。自1岁开始自拔眉毛,每日数次,以至双侧眉毛稀疏,仅留残根。上述拔眉行为经家长训斥或周围同学较多时,可以暂时减少。双手被纱布缠绕后仍难控制。家族史无特殊,母亲妊娠期无感染、外伤及服药史。顺产,独生女,无脑炎及其它传染病史。生后7～8月断奶,并与母亲分床睡觉。平时活泼爱动,学习成绩优良。体检见一般发育营养良好,心肺四肢及神经系统检查正常。双侧眉毛稀疏呈残根状,长约1～2mm。智力测验正常,血液微量元素测定正常范围。精神检查:患儿有自知力,对自己的拔眉行为感到害羞,但自己控制不住,
