应用扫描电镜方法,观察了在实验性局部分别注射胶原酶和木瓜蛋白酶后,家兔腰纤维环胶原微纤维、细胞和蛋白多糖基质的形态变化。结果表明,在三周后,各处理组腰纤维环的胶原微纤维的排列郜变得散乱和疏松而呈网状。由于出现大量细纤维,以致粗细较不均匀。成纤维细胞和软骨细胞趋向于变小变少。蛋白多糖基质主要分布于胶原网周围,且变得致密而均匀。两种酶处理组的差异,主要是变化程度的不同。腰纤维环的这些形态变化,可能与髓核化学溶解术有关。
