In the issue of urban development, developed country governments rely on market forces for more. As long as social turmoil is not caused and developers and banks are frustrated, the city collapses and the other one goes home. We rely on more planning tools and hope that our cities will avoid repeating the mistakes of urban development in developed countries. Greater use of planning to control urban development is indeed the road to urban development in China relative to the developed countries
