目的调查一起GⅡ.17型诺如病毒感染引起的聚集性腹泻疫情。方法收集该起疫情患者粪便标本,采用实时荧光定量反转录PCR(RT-PCR)检测诺如病毒核酸,阳性标本进行核苷酸序列测定并进行同源性分析。结果该起感染性腹泻疫情共36例患者,采集13例临床表现典型患者的粪便标本进行检测,诺如病毒核酸阳性8份,阳性率为61.54%。将5株测序成功序列进行比对,确定诺如病毒基因型为GⅡ.17型。与2014年中国香港分离的诺如病毒GⅡ.17型参考株Norovirus HK GⅡ.17 2014在同一个进化分支上,核苷酸序列同源性为99.3%~99.7%。结论本次疫情是由GⅡ.17型诺如病毒感染引起的聚集性腹泻疫情,应加强对此毒株的监测工作。
Objective To investigate the epidemic of aggregated diarrhea caused by GⅡ.17 Norovirus infection. Methods The stool specimens from patients with epidemic situation were collected. Nucleic acid sequences of Norovirus were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and the homology was analyzed. Results A total of 36 patients with infectious diarrhea were collected from 13 stool specimens of typical clinical manifestations. Norovirus positive 8 were positive and the positive rate was 61.54%. The 5 sequencing success sequences were compared to determine the norovirus genotype G Ⅱ.17. The Norovirus GⅡ.17 reference strain Norovirus HK GⅡ.17 2014 isolated from Hong Kong, China in 2014 has 99.3% ~ 99.7% nucleotide sequence homology on the same branch of evolution. Conclusion The epidemic situation is an epidemic of aggregated diarrhea caused by GⅡ.17 Norovirus infection. The monitoring of this strain should be strengthened.
