10个陆地棉芽黄标记基因转育系产量及纤维品质比较鉴定结果,证明六个芽黄转育系的产量及杂种优势表现较好,目测检定与实际检测结果基本一致,芽黄基因v10的转育系较其它芽黄基因的转育系优良,可能由于其棉叶叶绿素a、b尤其b的含量较高,而a/b比率较低;其次,则由于叶色转为淡黄,而且生长期间恢复为正常绿色的时间较早。两者均有利于光能利用率的提高,因而无论产量或杂种优势都能和轮回亲本相似或有所超越。试验结果初步证明通过回交培育芽黄标记基因转育系,利用于杂种棉生产提高制种功效是可能。
Yield and fiber quality of the 10 cotton germ-yellow marker gene lines showed that the yield and heterosis of the six bud-yellowing lines were better.
