我院1979年至1994年内科收治的29O例森林脑炎病人所施行的70例气管切开术的体会分析于后，重点对气管切开术在抢救森林脑炎病人中的应用价值、手术时机进行讨论。1临床资料本组手术患者均为收住我院内科经临床、实验室（脑脊液、森脑补体结合试验）等检查确诊为森林脑炎病人。
Analysis of 70 cases of tracheotomy performed by 29O patients with forest encephalitis admitted to our hospital from 1979 to 1994 was focused on the value of tracheotomy in the rescue of patients with forest encephalitis and the timing of the operation have a discussion. 1 Clinical data The surgical patients were admitted to our hospital by clinical, laboratory (cerebrospinal fluid, brain complement fixation test) and other tests diagnosed as forest encephalitis patients.
