河北省男女性肺癌死亡率有逐年上升的趋势。为了掌握其流行规律，以便有针对性制定防治措施，我们在开展1990年-1992年全省1／10人口全死因回顾调查的基础上，对河北省肺癌死亡资料进行了分析。1990年-1992年河北省四个市县肺癌共死亡3739人，3年平均粗死亡率为19．26／10万，
The male and female lung cancer mortality rate in Hebei Province has increased year by year. In order to grasp its epidemic law so as to formulate preventive measures, we conducted an analysis of the death of lung cancer in Hebei Province on the basis of a review of all causes of death of 1/10 population in the province from 1990 to 1992. Between 1990 and 1992, a total of 3,739 lung cancer deaths occurred in four cities and counties in Hebei Province. The average 3-year crude death rate was 19.26 per 100,000.
