为探究复杂应力状态下铸钢的受力性能,对杭州国际会议中心巨型钢框架铸钢节点进行了试验研究。通过对其进行原型结构跟踪测试,得到了节点表面各测点的应力分布及测试值。利用AUTOCAD软件建立试验铸钢节点计算模型,并采用有限元软件模拟了不同受力状态下节点的弹塑性计算分析。通过比较测点实测应力值和计算分析值,两者吻合良好,由此可以推断铸钢节点内部应力分布及大小。最后对铸钢节点的受力性能和安全性做出了评价。试验和分析结果表明该铸钢节点安全可靠,具有充足的强度储备。
In order to investigate the mechanical properties of cast steel under complex stress conditions, the experimental study of giant steel frame cast steel joints in Hangzhou International Convention Center was conducted. Through the prototype structure tracking test, the stress distribution and test value of each measuring point on the surface of the node are obtained. AUTOCAD software is used to establish the calculation model of test cast steel joints, and the elasto-plastic calculation and analysis of joints under different stress conditions is simulated by finite element software. By comparing the measured stress measured values and calculated values, the two agree well, which can infer the internal stress distribution and size of steel nodes. Finally, the mechanical properties and safety of cast steel joints were evaluated. The results of the tests and analysis show that the cast steel joints are safe and have sufficient strength reserves.
