Humanity accomplishment is an important essence of teachers ’professional ethics. The profound connotation and richness of its category are the cornerstone of teachers’ self-transcendence. This paper intends to analyze the status quo of young teachers’ humanity accomplishments and explore ways to cultivate them from the perspective of supervision.
