对镍基高温合金的持久性能、蠕变性能的研究虽多,但有关稳态蠕变速率的研究却比较少。研究稳态蠕变速率(?)_s对应力σ和温度T的依赖关系可以提供有关蠕变过程的基本参数,同时,借助于(?)_s和持久时间t_r之间的关系,它又可以反映合金的持久性能。为了研究γ′相对蠕变参数的影响,在本工作中我们一方面研究了两种不含γ′相的单相合金,另一方面也研究了四种含γ′相的高温合金,其主要成分见表1。
Although there are many studies on the ductility and creep properties of nickel-based superalloy, the research on the steady-state creep rate is relatively few. Studying the dependence of the steady-state creep rate (σ) _s on the stress σ and the temperature T can provide basic parameters about the creep process and, at the same time, it reflects, by means of the relationship between (?) _s and the persistence time t_r Durability of the alloy. In order to study the influence of γ ’relative creep parameters, we studied two kinds of single phase alloys without γ’ phase on the one hand and four kinds of high temperature alloys containing γ ’phase on the other hand, Table 1 shows the ingredients.
