学习型组织是一个不断进行知识积累和创新的团队:学习更广泛的知识,以增大企业的适应性和转变能力;学习先进的科技和管理方法,以跟上发展的步伐;开展团队内部平等的相互学习,以增进相互的了解和理解,并协调工作;进行系统有机综合思考的学习,以增加企业的越来越大的创造能力。正是这一套高效,协调完善的“自学机制”,便组织在个人、工作团体及整个系统三个层次上得到共同发展,进而形成“学习—维持改进—建立竞争优势”这一良性循环。 “学习型组织”的内涵 “学习型组织”作为一种新型的管理模式,蕴含了许多创造性的经营之道,其创始人圣吉博士在他的著作《第五项修炼》中将它归纳为五种不同层次的修炼。
