上海市闵行公证处是闵行区司法局下属事业单位。于1992年由原上海县公证处(1983年成立)和原闵行区公证处(1983年成立)合并成立。原名为上海市闵行区公证处。闵行公证处是依法设立,不以盈利为目的,依法独立行使公证职能,承担民事责任的证明机构。目前,闵行公证处有从业人员65名,其中公证员19名。作为法律服务的窗口单位,上海市闵行公证处本着“规范、高效、诚信、便捷”的服务宗旨,发扬“以诚为本、依法办证”、“以民为本、服务为民”的服务理念,秉承“诚信崇法、公证为民”的行业精神,紧紧抓住品牌建设这条主线,创立闵行公
