从Diospyros植物茎叶中分离获得的DF3物质,用以处理辐照前后的小麦种子,表现出对发芽生长的辐射保护作用,辐照前处理作用更加明显,成苗率比对照增加40%。
The DF3 material obtained from stems and leaves of Diospyros plant was used to treat the wheat seeds before and after irradiation and showed the radiation protection effect on germination and growth. The pre-irradiation treatment effect was more obvious, and the rate of seedling emergence was increased by 40%.
