随着羽毛球运动在世界范围内的普及和推广,越来越多的人喜爱这项运动。目前,国际羽联共有会员国147个,会员国的不断增加及羽毛球各大赛事的成功举办,促使世界各国竞技水平普遍提高,运动员的综合能力明显增强,训练理念不断更新,训练手段日趋完善。本研究通过实验和问卷调查法,证明多球训练方法是必不可少的训练手段之一,它对运动员掌握羽毛球技术、战术起着非常重要的作用。在羽毛球教学训练中,多球训练球速快,变化多样,可使运动员在不同的训练情境中不断加强专项素质体能,以适应在比赛的情境中判断快、起动快、反应快、变化快的要求。快是当今羽毛球运动的发展的方向,快是通过速度来实现的。提高羽毛球运动的专项速度的途径,要反复强化一般的速度素质,同时多球训练方法对提高击球落点控制亦有显著的效果。
With the popularization and promotion of badminton in the world, more and more people love this sport. At present, there are 147 member countries with a total membership of 147, with the continuous increase of member countries and the successful hosting of major badminton events, the IBF countries have generally raised the competitive level of athletes in various countries. The comprehensive capabilities of athletes have been significantly enhanced. The concept of training has been continuously updated and training methods have been improved. Through the experiment and questionnaire survey, this study proves that the multi-ball training method is one of the essential training methods. It plays a very important role in the athlete’s possession of badminton technique and tactics. In the teaching of badminton, multi-ball training ball fast, varied, allowing athletes in different training situations continue to strengthen the special quality of physical fitness to adapt to the situation in the game to judge fast, fast start, fast response, fast changing requirements . Fast is the direction of development of badminton today, almost through the speed to achieve. Badminton to improve the special speed of the way, to repeatedly strengthen the speed of the general quality, while multi-ball training methods to improve the hitting point control also had a significant effect.
