在一般工厂条件下,小尺寸的三槽丝锥成批测量较为困难。我们采用一种间接测量方法,简易可行。根据三沟千分尺结构原理可知(图1),a=180°-360°/2,被测尺寸增量s=2(R-r)。s与测微螺杆移动量H有下述关系:H=OO_2-OO_1-O_1C_1+O_2O_2则H=KS 但是三沟千分尺不能测量小尺寸的三槽丝锥。如果利用0—25的螺纹千分尺,取其第五对测头调换好,使之变为三沟千分尺形式(螺杆测头部分应有一小平面),就可用于测量小尺寸的三槽丝锥。(图2) 使用前,先用一最接近丝锥外径D的三线(其直径为d)调整千分尺零位(将零位调在该尺的第2分度上),然后将千分
