1 病例患者女性 ,42岁 ,因发现腹部包块 1月余 ,于 1994- 0 8- 2 9入院。 1月前 ,患者发现腹部有一包块 ,约为鸡蛋大小 ,逐渐增大 ,无痛 ,可活动。体检 :腹软 ,肝脾未及 ,脐下偏左侧可及约 18ｃｍ× 16ｃｍ包块 ,质地中等 ,表面光滑 ,无分叶 ,压痛 ,可活动。Ｂ超诊断腹膜后实
