March 15, 2004, yet another International Consumer Rights Day. Every year, the Consumer Association and its data are the main characters, television, newspapers and the Internet, until every media corner. As a consumer, we want to thank Kennedy. On March 15, 22 years ago, on March 15, President Kennedy of the United States issued a special presidential address on consumer rights that sets forth the four rights and interests of consumers, the right to security, the right to know, the right to choose, and the right to propose. This is the earliest Formal consumer rights concept. Later in 1983, the International Consumers Union named March 15 each year as International Consumer Rights Day.
